Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and supporting a D365 Business Central environment within a growing company in the construction industry. This role focuses on improving workflows, streamlining processes, and configuring D365 BC to better connect finance, operations, and project teams. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting business needs, managing system administration, and driving automation initiatives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across departments, translating operational challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.Role & ResponsibilitiesSystem Optimization: identify inefficiencies and analyze workflows to drive system improvementsAct as System Administrator: proper configurations, permissions, and user accessGathering Requirements: conduct discovery sessions with business teams to translate business needs into enhancementsSupport system roll outs, user adoption, training, and post-go-live maintenanceReduce manual processes by using tools like Power AutomateSkills & QualificationsHands-on experience with D365 Business Central Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and CPQ tools (Experlogix CPQ)Understanding of fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentationExperience with data validation and system transitions
