The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the sales department, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee local and regional sales operations, including promotions and campaigns, to maximize market presence and revenue.Plan, direct, and implement hiring and training initiatives for new Sales Representatives, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable team.Coordinate all sales activities both locally and regionally, aligning efforts to achieve company objectives.Prepare and manage sales budgets and projections, approving expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.Track and analyze sales statistics, utilizing key performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services.Set competitive discount rates and pricing schedules to enhance market positioning.Provide guidance to distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Serve as the primary representative of the organization to internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and guide resource allocation effectively.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business.Establish and communicate clear sales quotas and goals to the sales team, motivating them to achieve targets.Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and support as needed.Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities to expand the company's reach.Define and execute comprehensive territory sales plans to enhance market share.Schedule:Monday to FridayCompensation:Base pay Qualifications:Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets effectively.Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.Experience with CRM systems to manage the sales process and forecast sales accurately.Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns for strategic planning.Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful sales strategies.Experience in guiding and mentoring sales representatives for professional growth.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Advanced time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the tech industry (2-3 years required).If you are a motivated leader with a passion for sales and technology, along with a desire to drive success in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for the Sales Department Manager position at j5create.
