Account Supervisor

FOVNDRY seeks a seasoned Account Supervisor to join our N. Bethesda (Rockville), MD team. This is a hybrid in-person/remote position. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading integrated marketing + creative services projects and accounts in a cross-departmental agency environment; is well-versed in the development and tactical application of marketing strategies across a suite of print and digital media; and is looking to truly contribute to, mentor, and grow with our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build relationships and trust with existing client contacts to meet and exceed ongoing contract deliverables and overall expectationsProject manage day-to-day efforts in support of assigned accountsLead/co-lead internal planning meetings, brainstorm sessions, and the development of integrated communications strategiesLead/co-lead client immersion sessions and strategic, external planning meetingsWork with cross-functional teams to develop client collateral in support of branding and marketing initiatives across paid and organic print and digital platformsPlan, track, and manage project and client budgets and timelines, with the ability to identify issues quickly and effectively, and course correct as neededAnalyze, report, and present effectiveness/performance of integrated marketing campaigns and effortsMentor and empower teammates, elevating work developed by team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environmentContinually seek training and education in new skills and tools related to your workQUALIFICATIONS:7-8 years of experience in an agency setting1+ years of experience in a staff-management positionBA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, discipline with a strong writing foundationA strong understanding of the integrated relationship between marketing tactics and channels and an analytical approach to optimizationExperience using agency platforms for timekeeping, project management, etc.Exceptional communication (written and verbal), relationship-building skills, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize, be accountable in meeting deadlines, and possess a willingness to take ownershipBENEFITS:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid short- and long-term disability and life insuranceProfessional and personal development programPTO program, including federal holidaysSimple IRA with matchSummer FridaysTeam-building eventsAnd morePlease send resume, cover letter, and portfolio/examples of applicable work to: careers@.
