Future projects are located in Los Angeles and Orange County.As a liaison between the project and leadership teams, Project Managers must have:5+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerOSHA 30 HR (Must be completed within 90 days of Hire)Assist in the local permitting process and meet with Building Officials as necessary.Prefer a minimum of three years of multi-family construction supervisory experience.The primary responsibility of a Project Manager (PM) is:The Project Manager's role is to be accountable for delivering the project on timeThe Project Manager will lead teams for Wraps, Podiums, and Type I Construction and is responsible for creating and leading a jobsite culture that promotes mentoring, growth, and accountability for all field-related aspects of the project.Salary range for this role is 180K-220K base, along with 20-30% Annual Bonus.
