Full-Time | On-Site | Torrance, CA | $95K-$115K + Full Benefits + Bonus OpportunitiesMust have mental health residential treatment services experienceThis opportunity is to manage operations for four, six-bed homes supporting adults with mental healthcare treatment services.Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for a 24/7 residential mental health programSupervise and mentor clinical staff (therapists, RNs/LPNS, case managers), provide individual and group clinical supervision, and sign treatment plans as legally permitted.Oversee admissions, assessment, individualized treatment planning, discharge/aftercare planning and community linkage.Ensure clinical quality, treatment fidelity, and positive resident outcomes through chart reviews, QA audits, KPIs, and staff training.Maintain regulatory compliance (state licensing, Title 22/DMH standards where applicable), accreditation readiness (CARF/other), and timely reporting to funders/partners.Manage safety, risk, and incident response: lead clinical crisis interventions, safety planning, incident investigations, and corrective actions.Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, family members, community providers, and county partners.
