Commercial Senior Loan Processor (PHX)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Senior Loan Processor to manage the full cycle of commercial loan processing, from application through funding. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with lending policies, and a seamless experience for borrowers, brokers, and lenders. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of commercial real estate financing, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.This position is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office.ResponsibilitiesManage loan processing and closing process for debt financing transactionsCommunicate effectively with lender's underwriting team to ensure timely closingsInterface with borrowers to compile required data and information, and resolve diligence related issuesGather and review applications, tax returns, property financials, third-party reports including appraisals, environmental reports, and physical site inspection reports; and various lender required documentsManage third-party vendor relationships related to the processing and closing of loansPrepare application packages for submission to lendersCoordinate loan requirements with third-party vendors, attorneys, and escrow companiesMaintain detailed checklists to deal files for internal audits during loan processProvide instructions & requests to title/escrow, third party vendors, borrowers, and broker agentsFollow up for receipt of documentation, providing guidance, assistance & additional requirements for completion, if necessaryTrain and mentor Loan ProcessorsBuild and maintain relationship with third-party vendorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationMinimum of 3 years in commercial loan processing or commercial underwritingMust have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skillsA strong work ethic to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environmentSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent knowledge and understanding of loan processing policies and proceduresAbility to prioritize and meet critical deadlinesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsMust be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong ability to work well within a collaborative team environmentSalary Range - $75,000 - $90,000
