This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing budgets, schedules, and teams while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience delivering K-12 education facilities is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measuresCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standardsPrepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and servicesEnsure compliance with contract requirements, local codes, and safety protocolsProvide leadership to field teams and support a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite cultureWhat You Bring5+ years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projectsProven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teamsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)Knowledge of code compliance, permitting, and inspection processesGround-up construction experience preferredPublic Works and K-12 project background strongly preferredWhy Apply??
