Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service professional with an excellent track record of order expediting and customer care. This highly organized individual will work from our San Francisco gallery, and will be responsible for order expediting and CS in multiple COUP D'ETAT locations.ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer orders via the ERP system, creating purchase orders and payment confirmation documentsEnsure all order details are reviewed and finalized including drawings for approval and product specifications Maintain accurate order status, lead-time and order delivery reportsLiaise with line and artist vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of all ordersCoordinate and/or track all shipping logistics for completed ordersEnsure customer and product related service issues are documented, resolved and completed to an exemplary conclusionDemonstrate a high level of knowledge and product information for all COUP D'ETAT representative brandsQualifications3 to 5+ years of experience in an industry related customer experience or expediting roleHands on experience with ERP software (Proficient in Netsuite or Salesforce a plus)Proficient in Word and ExcelHighly proficient email correspondence and communication skillsAbility to quickly and accurately process high volumes of transactionsAbility to effectively manage rapidly changing priorities without compromising quality or thoroughnessProactive problem solving skills and initiativeProven methods of effective follow-up to creating trust and strong relationships with customers and vendorsMust respond well under pressure in a fast paced environmentOwnership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
