Referral sources include health care providers, family members, self-referral, law enforcement, and other community members.This is a fast-paced environment where Clinicians work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Nurses, and MRT Client Care Specialists to meet the needs of Clients and families via a multi-disciplinary team approach.Key Responsibilities:Responding to crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, triage duties and completing safety planning with individuals in crisis.Performing a range of clinical services related to the assessment/care/treatment of individuals experiencing crises, in the school, home, and community.Local travel including to/from:~ Multiple service sites, to the homes, or residences or persons served, and within the community.~ Homes and residences~ Additional community locationsProviding comprehensive crisis intervention counseling services.Connecting individuals who need a more intensive level of Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder services to the appropriate resources within DLC and the community.Other duties as assigned by the ESAC/MRT Clinical SupervisorQualifications:Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Health Care Administration or related field = RequiredAt least 2 years of experience in related environment (mental health, group homes, prison, detention centers, etc.) = RequiredCurrent and clear Florida Driver's License = RequiredDemonstrated expertise in the following = Required~ Working with and relating to a diversity of diverse cultural/social/economic backgrounds~ Program implementation skills~ Competency in age-related or specialty issues/developmental needs~ Assessment, diagnosis and treatment regarding severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disordersAbility to effectively utilize available resources to ensure a comprehensive, holistic and integrated treatment approach that supports evidence-based practices = RequiredWell-founded clinical and risk management skills = RequiredFlexibility, accessibility, working after hours, including some weekends, to ensure accountability and integrity = RequiredExceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal) = RequiredMicrosoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly PreferredStaying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = RequiredAbility to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
