Stemedix is continuously staying on the cutting edge of new medicine with opportunities for growth while remaining compassionate, ethical, and fair within a team environment and family-like atmosphere.Position BriefStemedix is in search of a mid-level practitioner (PA-C or NP) candidate to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Medical Director. This role will be both a health practitioner and educator for patients seeking regenerative medicine, pain management and various natural therapies.Required Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview patient medical history and medical records to provide treatment recommendations.Perform pre-treatment consultations. Educate and counsel patients and their families through consultations in-house, over the phone, or video call. Interpret and assess patient data to plan for patient treatment and management.Provide guidance and instructions regarding medical care to patientsMake supplement and lifestyle change recommendations based on comprehensive test results.Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.Prepare rooms and patients for treatments and conduct procedures (measure blood pressure and temperature, administer injections, etc).Assist other medical providers in treatments.Begin emergency measures and treatment or proper stabilization actions if necessary.Provide high quality patient care and customer service.Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients.Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standardsHelp with medical inventory to communicate when low.Required QualificationsProven work experience as a mid-level provider (PA-C or NP) in a health care setting.BSc/MS in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science or Medical Science orMSN for NP CandidatesHave extensive experience in various administration methods.Knowledge of medical procedures and guidelines concerning assessment, treatment, and recovery.Basic Life Support (BLS)Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.Caring and compassionate.Understanding of complex patient medical histories.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Professional and strong work ethic and attendance.Preferred QualificationsCredentialed with major insurance carriersBilingual (English/Spanish speaking) a plusWilling to travel for interstate treatment locations once a month.Pain Management experienceSurgical experience a plusRegenerative and functional medicine knowledge.Aesthetic treatment experience.Extensive IV experience: Vitamin Therapy, Ozone Therapy, Chelation (CCT)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountHealth insurancePaid time offMedical specialties:Internal MedicineNeurologyOrthopedicsPain MedicineSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:clinical: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:PA-C or APRN (Required)
