Owner Relations and Land Assistant

With the ongoing expansion of our operations across multiple areas in the US, the company is an individual to fill the position of Owner Relations and Land Assistant in our Land Department.The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities including:Responsible for departmental clerical functionsScan and organize filesProvide administrative support including support for incoming mailTrack incoming owner calls and emails and respond in a timely mannerMonitor owner relations inboxes and organize for responseRespond to owner inquiries, as assigned, and provide excellent customer serviceQualifications:Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
