Quala is seeking a meticulous and hands-on Hardware Assembly Technician to support the assembly and testing of cutting-edge electronic devices. You'll be contributing to the development of next-generation hardware and following established SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and precision.Key Responsibilities• Assemble electronic hardware according to detailed specifications and SOPs• Load and verify software installations.• Perform functional checks and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues• Document assembly steps, test results, and any anomalies encountered• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety and procedural standardsPreferred Experience• Experience in electronics hardware assembly in a lab or production environment• Proficiency in soldering components (surface-mount and through-hole)• Comfort working with small components and precision tools• Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving• GED or high school diplomaContract Details• Initial term: 3 months• Possibility of extension based on performance and project needs• Competitive hourly rate $32- $38 DOE / Full Benefits
