Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:Our client is looking to hire 1st shift and 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians. These are direct-hire opportunities with a growing organization. Responsible for maintenance and repair of various industrial manufacturing equipment. Please see below for additional information.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial production manufacturing equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on robotics, drive motors, conveyors, pumps, and liftsInstall, dismantle, reassemble, and move machinery as neededAttend team meetings including Safety Committee and shift meetingsPromote and uphold safety protocols across the facilityCommunicate effectively with Maintenance Coordinator regarding tasks and safety issuesJob Requirements:2+years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical PLC schematics, and technical manualsFamiliarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programsStrong Electrical troubleshooting skills; (motors, sensors, PLC's. 3-Phase 480V systems, control panels)Proficient with Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC systemsComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentWorking knowledge of safety and OSHA standards in an industrial environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsBasic computer skills for work order entry and maintenance logsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWillingness to work 12hr shifts plus overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, platform work and stand for long periodsShift: 1st Shift & 3rd Shift AvailablePay RangeWide Range based on ExperienceShift: 1st shift OR 3rd Shift = 12hr Shifts + OT + WeekendsvBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life & AD&D Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off & HolidaysDisability InsuranceEmployee Discounts / Employee Assistance ProgramABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL:Do you need your next job fast?
