This role will report to, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on a consistent basis.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for overseeing and controlling budgetsPerforming all administrative tasks including; responding to emails in a timely manner, phone communication, ensuring all documents/paperwork is properly filed...etc.Enter and assign Purchase Orders into multi-company ERP system assigned to specific cost centers.Manage inventory, pertaining to parts, and storage area, purchasing adequate maintenance materials for service requests and apartment turns, keeping an accurate log of supplies.Follows all company policies
