Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service representative to support our growing business. This person would be responsible for answering emails, calls, order entry, order management follow up. The candidate must be very custom centric, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, mindful of customer urgency, strong written / verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate with other team members. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook...)
