In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and supplies essential for our production. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet our customers' diverse packaging needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist procurement staff with the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to delivery.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials such as films, resins, and other packaging components.Place purchase orders and track them to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.Collaborate with the inventory control team to monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders.Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues regarding quality, delivery, or invoicing.Support the development and maintenance of strong supplier relationships.Assist in analyzing market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Prepare reports on purchases, cost analyses, and supplier performance.Work closely with the sales and production teams to align procurement with customer demand and production schedules.Qualifications and SkillsBilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or inventory support role; experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with an ERP or inventory management system is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to grow with an established and respected industry leader.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Hands-on experience in a critical role that impacts the entire business.
