Procurement ClerkEnvironmental Air Systems - High Point, NCEnvironmental Air Systems (EAS), a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our Purchasing Department. In this role, you will support procurement activities for EAS companies by handling order entry, material tracking, and documentation while assisting with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.Why Join EAS?Half-Day FridaysWeekly PayPaid Time OffFull Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life, Disability)Commitment to Employee SafetyOpportunities for Growth & LeadershipScheduleMonday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:30pmFriday: 7:30am-11:30amKey ResponsibilitiesProvide procurement support for manufacturing and construction teams.Assist with order entry, purchase orders, and tracking materials.Maintain paper and electronic files for procurement activities.Update and maintain master PO log books and project management log books.Assist with equipment rentals, returns, and related paperwork.Support accounting with invoice approvals, petty cash, and credit card receipt reconciliation.Answer phones and provide receptionist backup as needed.Generate reports and provide status updates for project managers.Follow established procurement procedures and ensure compliance.Provide backup support and train team members to maintain workflow continuity.Perform additional tasks as assigned by department supervisors.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in office management is a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment (manufacturing/purchasing preferred).Job Requirements & SkillsStrong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams.Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
