Project Details Project: LifeTime Gym - New Construction Phase: First rough-in, pushing to final rough (ALL PVC) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities Perform rough-in installations for underground and above-ground piping. Work with PVC systems for drain, waste, and vent. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools. Install fixtures, hangers, and piping systems. Test systems for leaks and ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing experience (3-4 years considered at adjusted pay). Skilled with PVC, CPVC, and cast iron. Ability to read blueprints and follow plumbing codes. Experience in new construction and commercial projects. Bonus: Brazing and soldering skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lakewood Ranch, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
