Law firm with a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities is seeking a ConstructionLitigation Paralegal to join their team.Responsibilities and DutiesThe Paralegal must know of and be able to perform tasks to include typical Litigation Paralegal duties, client relations, document, calendar, and database management.Qualifications and Skills:Previous paralegal experience, preferably in utility, construction, and business/commercial litigationExperience in Mechanic's Lien Paralegal certificate or four-year degree preferredExceptional organizational skills; highly motivated and detail oriented; exceptional oral and written communication skills; excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database managementAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment, working for several attorneys.Benefits:Offering a competitive salary and benefits package in a professional, progressive work environment.
