Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator ILocation: San Diego, CA (On-Site)Position Summary:We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to provide support with clinical trial operations during a period of data catch-up and staff transition. This position will be responsible for assisting with data entry, document management, and ensuring study records are accurate and complete. The CRC I will work fully on-site in San Diego and collaborate with clinical and data management personnel to maintain compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry into study databases with accuracy and timeliness.Assist in scanning, organizing, and uploading source documents into appropriate systems.Maintain study files and documentation according to regulatory and sponsor requirements.Support the transition of clinical and data personnel by ensuring continuity of study records.Collaborate with site staff to ensure data quality and completeness.Adhere to all Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and institutional policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.Previous experience in clinical research, preferably in a coordinator or data entry role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Availability to work fully on-site in San Diego.
