Primary Responsibilities:Create candidate profiles in the internal database with all contact information, employer info, and referenceSave employee photoSave resume in databaseProofread and format resumes for submission to clientsCreate jobs in the internal databaseCreate individual folders for each jobCreate doc with internal job details and saveModify job description to be sent to consultants and savePost jobs on job boardsRemove old jobs from the boardsSubmit Candidates to jobs in the internal database Save formatted resumes in the job folderUpdate status of jobs in the internal database as jobs go on hold and closeObtain references from candidatesCreate right to represents for each jobSubmit resumes through online portals for various clientsUpon requirement being filled/closed, notify consultants that were not selected for the job Help answer the phone and connect callers to the appropriate partiesScreen calls and transfer all employers phishing for c2c jobs to the designated voicemail box Record time, date, and any other interview details in the internal database and the job tracker spreadsheetConfirm the interview with the consultant the night before or the morning of the interviewUpdate the number of submittals to each State of RI job on the RI job tracker dailyTrack the number of vendors on each vendor callUpdate RI job tracker accordingly as jobs are filled, canceled, or placed on holdRecord daily zooms on trackerDo Zoom Totals weekly/monthlyRecord source of placements on trackerSave offshore recruiter RAT sheets in folders dailyHR duties, as neededAdditional Responsibilities (as time permits)Support recruiters by sourcing, negotiating rate, and confirming availability of candidates for active positionsShare qualified candidates with recruitersSource for common positions and add those people to the app - such as .Net Developers, QAs, BAs, Helpdesk, etc. Sort through job posting responses and discard those that don't meet basic requirements (i.e. location, visa status, etc.)Proactively reach out to cold candidates in database (via email) to check in and request updatesCreate and disseminate report of candidates who checked in to recruiting teamOther duties, as assignedQualifications:Strong skills in MS WordProficient in ExcelAttention to detailOrganizedAbility to multi-taskAccuracy
