The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and organizational skills to support our growing portfolio of industrial construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand project scope and requirementsGather and evaluate sub-contractor and supplier quotesResearch material, equipment, and labor costs to prepare accurate estimatesAnalyze project risks and implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and submit detailed proposals to prospective customersUtilize company estimating systems and tools to ensure consistent, efficient workflowsInterpret construction documents and scopes of work to develop competitive bidding strategiesRequirements5+ years of prior experience in estimation, procurement, or project management (required)Mechanical/piping estimation experience highly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with Quote Soft or similar estimating software is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization skills and ability to manage fluctuating prioritiesBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredA collaborative, professional team player with a positive attitudeImportant NotesOnly candidates local to Portage, MI will be consideredNo relocation assistance or work visa sponsorship is available for this roleIf you're ready to contribute to a dynamic team and help deliver successful industrial projects, submit your resume to Amber Glass at [email protected]
