Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for all. This role involves performing hands-on maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, and light plumbing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordination and oversight, sourcing and scheduling outside vendors, collecting bids, and coordinating projects. A key aspect of this role is safety and compliance, conducting regular inspections to ensure facilities meet health and safety standards. The selected individual will also be required to maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and supply inventories. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, with a focus on facility maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various sites as needed. Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
