Why Work at KARM Stores? 25% off employee discount All team members are eligible for a 90-day raise Career Growth Opportunities SummaryResponsible for carrying out all operations in their assigned location, including, creating a Christ centered environment, overseeing the success of both the processing and retail departments and any other auxiliary departments that are directly tied to store operations. They will be responsible for training and coaching all staff in register operations, customer service, donor experience, sorting and pricing of all donations, store appearance, and employee interactions, as outlined in the essential functions of the job and in compliance with company policies, procedures and mission statement.Essential Functions of the JobIn Both Retail and Processing:Lead by being an example of Christ to all staff, donors, and customers.Lead and equip team in the retail and processing operations of the store.Approve timecards by 12:00 pm on Payroll Mondays. Train on and execute when needed all administrative needs of the store including schedules, coaching documentation, labor worksheets, performance logs and any other necessary documentation that is needed for the operation of the department. Responsible for training all new managers. Responsible for overseeing the training of new team members in order to ensure the employees have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed. Attend, as requested, training events provided by the company and all manager meetings as scheduled by the Director of Operations and Team Services Department. Communicate all events related to customer service issues or problems, employee issues or accidents, and general store operations to the Director of Operations, in order to ensure all issues are handled properly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.All other related responsibilities as requested by the Director of Operations. Facilitate and promote an encouraging, positive and unified relationship between Processing and Retail Departments. Work closely with the Team Services Hiring Manager to place the best people on the team. Review scheduling of staff to ensure the team is well equipped for high volume days.
