Growing together.Detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Provider service coordinator to support our Independent Physician Association (IPA) operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, exceptional grammar and written communication skills, and a high degree of initiative and independence. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced managed care environment.This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3990 Concourse Avenue Ontario, CA.We offer 2-4 weeks of paid training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. Training will be conducted onsite.Primary Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to IPA Directors, Medical Directors, and Network StaffManage high-volume phone lines with professionalism and excellent customer serviceCoordinate daily schedules and maintain multiple calendars; schedule and support key network meetings including PCP, JOC, and leadership meetingsOrganize venues, prepare agendas, and coordinate presentation materials and related documentationManage monthly eligibility report distribution and capitation check processing, including mailing and tracking capitation deductionsHandle provider onboarding tasks, including system access, password resets, and inquiry supportMaintain health plan provider ID tracking and perform regular auditsAssist with provider contract documentation and system inputFacilitate network-wide notifications and oversee blast fax communicationsSupport provider education activities including orientations and office manager meetingsCompile and track provider quality performance data to support compliance and performance improvementCollaborate with Provider Service Representatives on internal projects and assist with various provider network reporting needsOther duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher)Intermediate level of proficiency with computers and Windows based programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & TeamsAbility to work on any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours from 8am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday Must be 18 years of age OR olderPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience working in healthcare or managed care administrative support roleExperience working with health plans in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic Experience managing high call volumes and deliver exceptional serviceExperience with data entry, document management, and scheduling toolsClerical or administrative support backgroundExperience working in a call centerSoft Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced grammar and spelling proficiencySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and anticipate team needsFlexible and adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvementAble to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of work Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
