Overview: _ Kjar, McKenna and Stockalper, LLP are currently seeking Associate Attorney's with 1-5+ years' experience practicing medical malpractice defense, public entities, general liability and or civil litigation. Our attorneys have a flexible schedule that allows for some remote work. Qualifications: Experience in one or more of these areas is a must. Catastrophic injury Complex torts Medical malpractice Public entity defense Elder defense Employment defense Environmental and toxic tort litigation General liability Premises liability Product liability Professional liability Responsibilities: Depending on years' of experience any of the following could apply. Conduct and summarize legal research, handle discovery, analyze and summarize medical and employment records. Appear for court appearances, depositions and client meetings. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
