Customer Solutions Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting order management and customer relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Solutions Associate Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid) What's the Job? Manage incoming calls through the Genesys phone system to assist customers effectively. Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Facilitate customer credit requests and maintain account settings within CRM and other applications. Track orders through transportation tools and collaborate with carrier support for escalations. Identify and resolve demand capture failures within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). What's Needed? Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. At least 2 years of experience in Customer care, Order Management, or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. What's in it for me?
