Client Account Representative

Location: St. Louis, MO Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid, in-office Tues and Wed Salary: $45,000 quarterly merit bonus potential Avenica partners with a well-established wholesale insurance brokerage specializing in surplus lines, transportation, professional, and specialty commercial coverages. We’re currently aligning talent for a Client Account Representative opportunity within their energetic and client-focused Transportation team. Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain electronic policy files Review policies, endorsements, and documentation for accuracy Process midterm policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations Prepare tax filings and maintain compliance documentation Log and track new business submissions as part of the Clearance Team Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and carriers to ensure timely updates Qualifications: 2 years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced office environment Interest in and comfortability building and maintaining strong client relationships High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must obtain a Missouri Producer License in Property & Casualty within 6 months of hire. L icensing and renewal costs covered by employer!
