This group has been thriving for over 20 years in the Mid Atlantic, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand in the community. Practice Details:Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPsNo call – strong focus on work-life balanceHospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/monthCompensation model:500-600K Guaranteed 1st year incomeOnce fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.Ownership opportunity in physician-owned ASCs and group (retention bonus with equity options)Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 yearClinical mix: ~50% clinic patients, ~50% proceduresAdvanced procedures available, but the majority of practice is bread & butter GIPhiladelphia offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern vibrancy, making it an exciting place to call home.
