Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject Manager - Multifamily Project Manager - MultifamilyPosition Overview We are seeking a talented Project Manager specializing in multifamily projects to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing teams and client relationships effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of multifamily construction and renovation projectsCoordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projectsDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsEnsure resource availability and allocationPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationProvide regular project updates to stakeholders and managementEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA guidelinesQualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily construction sectorStrong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologiesProficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredBenefitsSalary Range: $110,000-$150,000 DOEBonus upon project completionMedical, Vision, DentalPTO401K MatchST/LT DisabilityLife Insurance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
