Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTrial Paralegal - Plaintiff PI Trial Paralegal - Plaintiff PIPosition Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trial Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing for trial in personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trial support, trial preparation, and court procedures specifically related to personal injury law.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in trial preparation and organization of case filesManage discovery processes and ensure timely responsesPrepare trial exhibits and demonstrative evidenceCoordinate with expert witnesses and ensure their availability for trialAttend court hearings and trials to provide support to the legal teamDraft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to trial preparationConduct legal research to support case strategies and trial argumentsMaintain case calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rulesQualificationsBachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury lawStrong knowledge of trial processes and proceduresExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in legal research and writingAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with trial presentation software and toolsBenefits- 401(k)- Dental insurance- Disability insurance- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid sick time- Paid time off- Vision insurance- Pet insurance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
