Job DescriptionTHIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION./n/nLead, coach and train a team, providing professional development through ongoing coaching./nSafety is of the utmost importance; constantly promote safety throughout the work area and with your team./nResponsible for ensuring proper scheduling to run production area. /nMotivate, train and help the team to optimize performance./nEnsure compliance with company policies, and our established food safety programs. /nOptimize employee engagement through positive leadership./nAll other relevant duties related to the job of a supervisor./n/n2+ year leadership and/or supervisory experience required./nBachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred./nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills./nProficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills./nGeneral knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP./nSound work ethic, honesty and moral character./n
