Job DescriptionTHIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION./n/nSupervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals./nAssign work orders and ensure completion of repairs. /nPerform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment./nRecognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues. /nPerform safety checks./nProvide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their performance and growth./nAssign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion./nManage and oversee required paperwork./nAll other relevant duties to the job./n/n3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required./n5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferrably within a poultry manufacturing facility./nExcellent leadship skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement./n
