This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate persuasively, and a knack for strategic thinking.Responsibilities:Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents to the officeOversee the hiring, leadership and development of the staffManage and accelerate the financial performance of the officeProvide business development and financial management consulting to top agentsPromote a strong learning based environmentQualificationsHave in-depth, high level, proven growth and leadership capabilitiesExperience in a high-growth or start-up environment preferredAbility to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistentlyStrong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poisePreferred background in Real Estate, but not a requirementBachelor"s Degree preferredInterested in hearing more?
