Many More!Job DetailsJob Responsibilities:Ability to execute Pre-Construction, Planning, and Budgeting Phase; including building and updating construction schedulesReview owner contractsWrite subcontracts and purchase ordersPrepare and manage subcontractors" submittalsPrepare and maintain monthly Project Status ReportsNegotiate and prepare Change OrdersReview and approve subcontractors" monthly pay applicationsOversee daily project operations with on-site SuperintendentsAbility to resolve project and contract issues with Clients and SubcontractorsManage the project Close-out process; produce warranty management plans, operation & maintenance manuals, as-built packages, etc.Ability to efficiently manage simultaneous projectsJob Requirements:Bachelor"s degree in Engineering Sciences, Architecture or Construction ManagementMinimum of 5 years of proven work experience with a General Construction firmExperience in Commercial/Government projects of $1-5M (Ground-up, Renovations, Additions)Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and MS Project softwareExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesUnderstanding of all general construction tradesGeneral knowledge of construction principles and practices requiredJob cost estimating skills are a plusInterested in hearing more?
