Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and international regulations. Conduct internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections. Manage risk assessments and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Ensure all quality-related documentation (SOPs, batch records, validation protocols) meets compliance standards. Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to enhance quality processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and product quality.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor"s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceuticals, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, risk management, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
