This hands-on, individual contributor role will report to the VP of Finance with a dotted line to our CMO, working heavily with the marketing function. The SFA will focus on corporate finance, customer lifecycle analytics, and marketing performance reporting.What You"ll Be Doing Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and marketing return on advertising spend (ROAS). Create track and dashboard key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing performance metrics across the marketing funnel and multiple channels. Create track and dashboard historical performance and forecasting for lead generation, conversion rates, customer retention, and overall revenue growth. Provide insights and partner with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize spend allocation, and provide actionable insights. Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and marketing performance reports, assisting in the development of presentations that offer strategic recommendations. Support due diligence processes in M&A, including evaluating customer base performance and marketing scalability. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on customer behavior, promotional and pricing strategy, and market segmentation to inform growth strategies. Partner with marketing on market share, industry and geographic market research and consumer research data gathering and reporting. Drive continuous improvement in marketing analytics, leveraging advanced Excel modeling and data visualization tools.What We"re Looking For Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience within marketing analytics, or data-driven decision-making roles. Strong understanding of financial, marketing, and operational principles, including experience with marketing KPIs and customer lifecycle analysis. Skilled in Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, GBP, Google Ads, Meta, and SEMrush. Experience with Website Analytics, tracking website traffic, user behavior and conversions. Experience with Paid Search, with strong experience analyzing search campaigns to capture and report insights. Advanced Excel skills, including data cleansing and financial modeling; experience working with large data sets from multiple sources. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
