Competitive wages Excellent benefits package Shift premiums Job securityJob DetailsRoles & Responsibilities:Must respond quickly to customer installations or problems on short noticeAssemble and start-up new CNC machines to company specificationsAssemble and start-up assembly equipmentUtilize precision measuring instruments (such as calipers, levels, indicators, micrometers, etc.)Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints/drawingsRead and follow tool layouts and NC code (G-code, M-functions)Troubleshoot machine errorsRespond to emergency calls from customers in a timely manner Education & Experience Requirements:High School Diploma minimumUnderstanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshootingNC programming experience preferredPrevious CNC machining or machine building experience preferredPrevious experience with assembly equipment and robotic cells preferred General Requirements:Ability to travel as required for business needsSelf-motivated; able to work alone or in a team environmentFull understanding of the metric systemStrong math skillsWilling to work overtime as neededAbility to obtain and maintain a valid passportInterested in hearing more?
