ESOP Program Profit Sharing 401k matching Hybrid work schedules Tuition Reimbursement Benefits - Medical, Dental, VisionJob DetailsResponsibilities: Manage and oversee water and wastewater treatment projects, including studies, preliminary and final designs, permitting, and construction oversight. Assemble and lead project teams, planning, directing, and coordinating activities to achieve project objectives efficiently. Develop detailed scopes of work for various projects. Collaborate with clients to conceptualize projects and prepare proposals. Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Mentor and support junior staff to foster their professional development and career progression. Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the group manager and other project managers to manage backlog and ensure a consistent workflow.Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Indiana or the ability to obtain it within one year. Expertise in the study, planning, design, construction administration, and project management of water and wastewater projects. Demonstrated experience in client management, including budget and schedule development and adherence. Familiarity with funding agency coordination and project permitting processes. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships and prepare compelling proposals. Knowledge of practices and regulations related to Municipal, Township, and County governments.
