Your key responsibilities include: Managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them. Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Leading project teams with confidence, fostering collaboration, and driving success.REQUIREMENTS: MUST have state, federal and government experience running public projects Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
