The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of case handling, from drafting and reviewing pleadings, to appearing at hearings. This role requires a deep understanding of Title 14 litigation, probate, estate planning, and offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases. If you have a passion for litigation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal service, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of case handling, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting discovery, and participating in depositions. Represent our clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence to support their case. Have a firm understanding of Title 14 litigation, probate, and estate planning. Work collaboratively with our legal team to develop strategies for litigation. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Stay updated on current laws and regulations to ensure our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date legal advice. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and addressing their questions and concerns.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with experience in Title 14 litigation, probate, and estate planning. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments. Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable results for clients.
