The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling maritime law matters, including contract disputes, marine casualties, cargo claims, and regulatory issues. Candidates should possess excellent research, writing, and case management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in maritime litigation, preferably in a law firm or marine insurance company.Legal Expertise: Strong familiarity with maritime contracts, cargo disputes, marine casualties, and regulatory compliance.Research & Writing: Exceptional legal research and writing abilities to draft motions, briefs, and legal opinions.Case & Client Management: Proven ability to manage cases effectively and interact professionally with clients.Academic Credentials: Strong academic background is required.
