Join an industry leader in food packaging solutions at their newly renovated plant in Columbus, OH ($10 million investment into the plant)!Day or night shift available!Why join us?Comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits401k with company match at 4%Vacation and separate Sick TimeGrowth OpportunitiesYearly raisesRotating 12s, built in OT!Job Details6pm - 6am - Nights ($1/hr shift premium)12 hour rotating shifts, 3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off (Every other weekend off, built in OT every other week)$33/hr to $35/hr base rate + Shift differential for nights (depending on experience)The maintenance lead is responsible to perform preventive maintenance procedures on all types of production equipment. Perform all types of troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment without direct supervision. Make equipment modifications as needed to improve safety and productivity. Train other maintenance team members as needed. Assist set-up personnel and machine operators as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. 5+ years experience in electromechanical maintenance in an industrial environment (plastics preferred but not required) Strong troubleshooting experience, both electrical and mechanical Understanding of basic electricity and electronics, and hydraulics/pneumatics required Good layout and fabrication skills is required.
