Employee owned!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedule, and budget. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure cost control. Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations. Monitor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials. Maintain clear and effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and updates. Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors and manage any contract-related issues. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site. Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, obtaining necessary approvals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and other relevant files. Address any issues or challenges promptly and efficiently, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track. Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible practices into construction projects whenever possible.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, and industry regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus. Valid construction manager's license or certification is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
