This role is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and strategic direction in clinical development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of clinical programs. The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong scientific background and a deep understanding of clinical research, as well as a medical degree. The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field.Responsibilities1. Provide scientific oversight and strategic direction for the development and execution of clinical programs.2. Manage the review and interpretation of clinical data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.3. Lead the development of clinical development plans and strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.4. Oversee the design and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical programs.6. Provide medical review of study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts for publication.7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scientific advancements, clinical research trends, and regulatory changes in the industry.8. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and regulatory agencies.9. Contribute to the development of budgets and resource allocation plans for clinical programs.Qualifications1. A minimum of 12 years of experience in clinical development in the biopharma industry.2. M.D. is required.3. Proven track record of successfully leading and executing clinical development programs-experience in MASH, obesity, derm, and/or Neuro is required.4. In-depth understanding of clinical research methodology, data analysis, and interpretation.5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.6. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to a variety of audiences.8. Proficiency in regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to clinical research.9. Experience in managing relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and regulatory agencies.10. Ability to stay updated with the latest scientific advancements, clinical research trends, and regulatory changes in the industry.11.
