Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexibility and a culture that respects personal and family time—especially outside of busy season.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Manage and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors on tax projects and career development.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, providing tax planning guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.Conduct tax research and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations.Participate in strategic planning and contribute to firm growth initiatives.Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and government regulations.QualificationsCPA license required.Bachelor"s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master"s in Taxation preferred.5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client relationships.Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.Interested in hearing more?
