This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a technologically advanced and fast-paced environment. The individual will be responsible for programming and maintaining welding robots, troubleshooting robotic systems, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of all welding operations. This position requires a strong understanding of ABB Robotics, blueprint reading, and exceptional computer skills. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:1. Program and maintain robotic welding machines, primarily ABB Robotics systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.2. Interpret and implement complex blueprints and technical plans to meet production requirements.3. Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot robotic systems to minimize downtime and maintain high product quality.4. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop and implement new welding procedures and processes.5. Train and guide production personnel on the proper use and safety procedures of robotic welding machines.6. Maintain accurate records of all programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic welding technology and implement necessary upgrades.8. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications:1. Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming and maintaining robotic welding machines, particularly ABB Robotics.3. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical plans.4. Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in programming software and Microsoft Office Suite.5. Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.6. Comprehensive understanding of welding procedures and safety regulations.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide team members.8. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.10.
