We are looking for an experienced, driven, and proactive individual to lead our maintenance team. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and efficiency are valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems and resolve any issues that arise. Lead, manage, and train the maintenance team to ensure effective performance. Ensure that all machinery and equipment are in compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Perform cost and productivity analyses. Implement new technologies and methods to improve production efficiency. Prepare maintenance reports for management and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in planning maintenance operations. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. Proficiency in using computer software for maintenance management. Excellent knowledge of safety and maintenance regulations in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of foundry equipment and machinery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
