They bring big ideas to life—think high-end trim carpentry, custom cabinets, and large-scale exhibits—and they"re looking to add a skilled builder to their team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity: you"ll be given detailed blueprints, and your job is to figure out the best way to bring them to life. You'll work with a tight-knit shop team to craft fixtures and displays that go into showrooms, retail environments, and event spaces. If you're someone who can take a plan, think through the details, and execute with craftsmanship and independence, this could be your next move.What You"ll Do: Interpret blueprints, project scopes, and work tickets to plan builds Assemble and finish wood and laminate fixtures with precision Operate a range of woodworking machinery and tools Install hardware, lighting, electrical, and graphics Collaborate with the team on build strategy and execution Occasionally travel to set up or dismantle displays on-site Track materials, time, and job costs to support project managementWhat They"re Looking For: 2+ years of cabinet making, trim carpentry, or laminating experience Experience operating woodworking equipment and machinery Ability to work independently with complex build plans Prior experience with CNC parts is a plus Bonus points if you"ve built custom retail displays or trade show exhibitsWhat"s in It for You: Hourly pay range: $26–$32 (based on experience) + overtime + profit-sharing Strong benefits: health, dental, vision, HSA, life, disability, PTO, tuition reimbursement Company-matched 401(k) Work with a team that values craftsmanship, autonomy, and solving cool problemsInterested in hearing more?
