Upwards Growth!Job DetailsResponsibilities:As a Senior Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects that are essential to the success of our business. Key responsibilities include:1. Analyzing sales data and market trends, and creating detailed reports for senior management.2. Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.3. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.4. Utilizing advanced analytical tools to predict future sales trends and to guide strategic planning.5. Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers.6. Providing insights into customer behavior and market trends, to help shape our sales and marketing strategies.7. Managing trade spend activities, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance.8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, candidates should have:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.2. Proven expertise in food service, manufacturing, and trade spend.3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with other data analysis tools.7. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.8. The ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.9.
